FUNCTION  

As a PRODUCT DATA SPECIALIST, you play a pivotal role in connecting and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain, from supplier to customer. You are responsible for improving the commercial operations processes within the All Sport Group across all brands.

 

Your main focus lies in collecting, analyzing and leveraging product data, both internally and externally, to drive sales growth and profitability for All Sport. 

 

You will support our sales organization by developing procedures and tools for the commercial team, including forecast models, seasonal assortment planning, B2B platform management, sales-trend reporting, and data governance frameworks. 

 

In addition, you act as a key link between partners and suppliers through the effective use of data. You proactively identify opportunities to strengthen sales and commercial operations processes, helping to build a high-performing, data-driven team. 

 

Together with the Commercial Operations Manager, you will contribute to the company’s growth strategy by applying product data insights and tools to continuously enhance our commercial performance.

 

 

 

YOUR PLAYING FIELD

Leadership

  • Embodies and promotes All Sport’s vision, mission and values;

  • Applies retail insights to monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through and inventory levels;
  • Engages with internal users/stakeholders to understand diverse priorities and working methods;
  • Continuously develops personal skills and expertise in product data management, tools and visualization.

General 

  • Supporting sales operations by ensuring smooth data processes for teams across regions and brands;
  • Maintaining, updating and optimizing catalogs, order sheets and pricats;
  • Managing and monitoring product and commercial data in B2B platforms;
  • Safeguarding the quality, consistency and timeliness of product data;
  • Uses product data insights and creates tools to enhance commercial processes;
  • Supporting seasonal setup and Go-To-Market (GTM) preparation with accurate product information;
  • Maintaining relationships with external (customers and partners) and internal stakeholders;
  • Troubleshooting of technical issues.

Product data

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining product and commercial data up to date in internal systems and B2B platforms;
  • Prepare, update, and manage catalogs, order sheets, PIM and pricats;
  • Data management and governance: collect, clean, store and maintain all product-related data.

Seasonal set up process support

  • Tracking Seasonal Calendar and informing the team on deadlines and deliverables;
  •  Samples process ownership (ordering, tracking, distributing);
  •  Create Seasonal set up;
  • Catalog and order sheet process;
  • Sales meeting preparation.

Forecasting

  • Improve forecasting processes internally and externally (Seasonal Forecast, Sales forecast, unit forecast);
  • Reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).

 

B2B & partner management support 

  • Ensuring B2B readiness by implementing the right processes in place to drive growth;
  • Support teams in seasonal handover process.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  •  Minimum Bachelor degree in a commercial or business administration;
  • 3 years of supporting experience. Experience with sales and business processes is a necessity;
  • Language skills: depending on the region. Dutch/English writing and speaking. French is an advantage;
  • Extensive analytical skills is required;
  • Very solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel) and DTP (Destkop Publishing);
  • Knowledge of Power BI and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of SQL and Power Automate is an advantage;
  • Affinity and passion for sports.
